1. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS:
・ Pavone Gift Cards are digital, electronic gift cards and do not have a physical form.
・ The Gift Cards can be purchased and used exclusively on the Pavone Shop website.
2. GIFT CARD USAGE:
・ The value of the Gift Card can be used to make purchases of products available on Pavone website.
・ Gift Cards can be used to pay for the entire order amount or as a partial payment, with the remaining balance to be covered by other accepted payment methods.
3. EXPIRY DATE:
・ Pavone Gift Cards are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
・ It is your responsibility to use the Gift Card within this timeframe. Any unused balance on the Gift Card will expire after this period.
4. GIFT CARD DELIVERY:
・ Upon purchase of a Gift Card, you will receive an email to the address provided during the purchase process.
・ This email will contain the Gift Card code, which you or the recipient can use for future purchases on Pavone Shop.
5. LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS:
・ Pavone is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards.
・ Protect the Gift Card code as you would with cash, as it is your responsibility to ensure its safekeeping.
6. REFUNDS:
・ If you request a refund for a purchase made with a Gift Card, the refund amount will be issued back to the same Gift Card.
・ Pavone does not provide cash refunds for purchases made with Gift Cards.
7. GIFT CARD BALANCES:
・ You can check the balance of your Gift Card at any time by visiting our website and entering the Gift Card code during the checkout process.
8. TRANSFERABILITY:
Pavone Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
They are intended for personal use only.
9. LIMITATIONS:
・ Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Pavone Gift Cards.
・ Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional codes, discounts, or other special offers, unless explicitly stated.
10. COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS:
・ Pavone reserves the right to refuse service, terminate or suspend a Gift Card, or alter these terms and conditions if any fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
11. UPDATES TO TERMS:
・ Pavone may update these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time. The most recent version will be available on our website.
